He is survived by: his sons, Brad Price (Samantha) of Bainbridge and Chris Price of Columbus; his stepchildren, Brad Shannon, Kristy Shannon, Rebecca Justus (Jason) and Charles E. "Chip" Shannon, Jr.; his siblings, Margaret Hille (Haulke), David Price (Alice) and Harold Price (Pam); his close friend Rick Kellough; and his pet MooMoo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
