He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Sr. Abernathy and Mary E. Scott Abernathy. He is survived by: his close friend Melissa "Missy" Abner; his children, Jordan David Abernathy of Chillicothe, Chelsie Dawn Lemaster (Jesse Henry) of Chillicothe and Brandy Kyan Lemaster (Wayne Cotterman) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Acacia, Cameron, Nico, Demetrius and Randy; his siblings, Gary Wallace and Pamela Linton of Chillicothe; his niece Laurie Wallace; and his nephew Scotty Linton.
