He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Lee Barker of Londonderry, Ohio and Monnie Fay Rinehart (Certain Barker) of Florida; and his siblings, Larry Jay Barker of Mount Sterling, Fraces Kay Redding (Barker) and Robert Lee Barker of Dade City.
He is survived by: his former wife Georgia Sue Barker (Hunt) of Chillicothe; his wife Tracy Linn of Brooksville; his children, William Ray Barker, Jr., Anthony Lee Barker, Justin Alezander Barker of Chillicothe, Ashley Ann (Barker-Stewart) and Monnie Fay Barker (Austin Naber) of Gloucester, VA.; his grandchildren, Danielle Lowell Marlin, Brittany Michelle Barker, Lindsey Nichole Barker of Fl, Tristian LeeAnn Barker, Conner James Stewart, Celeste Fay and Sterling Ray Naber; and his cousin Lloyd Wood. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
