"Bill" Payne Jr. of Marion, Douglas Payne (Scarlett) of Chillicothe and Theresa "Terri" Payne (Danny Cordero) of Chillicothe; his grandsons, Bryan Payne (Sierra) of Frankfort, William Collier (Kayla Miller) of Cardington, OH and Matthew Collier (Aubrey Starr) of Chillicothe; his great grandchild Dean Payne; and his sister Joanna Eger of Dublin, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
