He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard James and Mary Elizabeth Hurff Taylor; and his spouse Beverly Ann Howard Taylor. He is survived by: his sons, Willard Taylor III (Kimberly) of Chillicothe, Bret Anthony Taylor of Chillicothe and John M. Taylor of Chillicothe; and his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Montgomery (Ted), Krystal, Will, Deanna, Ashley Ann Taylor, Taylor Harrison, Harrison and Katie Taylor.
