He was predeceased by: his father Willard R. Mitchell; and his sons, Steven and Jeffrey Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Wahr (Larry) of Bailey, CO, Angela Vorhies of Chillicothe and Amy Mitchell (Brett Collins) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Jasmine Castor (John), Braden, Landen, Alyssa Wahr, Kevin, Kimberly Mitchell, Sarah Chanmysay (Eric), Michael Mitchell, Chelsey Steinbrook, Evan Vorhies and Blake Wiley; and his caregivers, Roger, Collin and Tammy. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
