He is survived by: his mother Violet Miller; his wife Lisa Ann Miller of Vanceburg, KY; his son Brian K. Miller of Clarksville, TN; his stepdaughter Kimberly Bevins of Vanceburg, KY; his sister Mary E. Baxter (Lyndon Lee); and his nephew Jacob Baxter.
