He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Johnson; his children, Brian L. Kellough of Chillicothe, Terena Borland (Mark) of Chillicothe and Brandy Rumfield (Ernie) of Lakeland, FL; his grandchildren, Jeremy Kellough, Evan Kellough (Meagan), Nate Inman, Chelci Borland, Allison Cottrill (Corey), Zachary Rumfield (Samantha) and Taylor Rumfield; his great grandchildren, Avery Rumfield and Cayne Cottrill; his siblings, Marcella Shoemaker of Chillicothe, Phyllis Gragg of Chillicothe, Carolyn Miller of Bourneville, Linda Cockrell (Gary) of Chillicothe, Robert Kellough (Sharon) of Chillicothe and Keith Kellough of Jacksonville, FL; and his brother-in-law Kenny Davis of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
