He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Botkin and Wenner Botkin; his wife Rachel Botkin; his siblings, Ella Briggs and Jim Botkin; and his daughters, Sarah Sprouse and Mary Hayes.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Streitenberger (Keith) and John Botkin (Judy); his sons-in-law, Jim Sprouse and Greg Hayes; his grandchildren, Brandon Streitenberger (Robin), Shelley Brown (Brian), Sarah Burchett (Shaun), Abbie Wilson (Joey) and Rachel Militana (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Declan, Coleman Brown, Nolan, Miles Burchett, Ada, Benjamin and Liv Militana.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to First Presbyterian Church of Chillicothe.
