He was predeceased by: his parents, George V. Rutter and Malinda E. Butterbaugh Rutter; and his son Wayne Eric Rutter I. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Ellen Daniel of Chillicothe; his grandsons, Timothy Daniel (Tasha) and Wayne Eric Rutter II; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Bianca and Bella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
