He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Tilley and Phoebe Cramblitt Tilley; and his spouse Uverna Marie Borders Tilley. He is survived by: his children, Michael Lee Tilley (Cheryl) of Chillicothe, Walter Matthew Tilley (Linda) of Waverly, Richard Michael Tilley of Indianapolis, Phoebe Marie Tackett (Kenneth) of Chillicothe, Laura Christine Tilley of Indianapolis and Debbie Ann Tilley of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Shyla, Caitlyn, Jalyn, Matthew, Michaela, Noah, Wesley, Luke, Autumn, Brandon, Brett, Megan, Nicole, Tyler, Kaylee and Lacy. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
