Vernon M. Johnson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vernon M. Johnson of Chillicothe, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2024 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vernon M. Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Vernon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Vernon farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William, Jr. Johnson and Mary Lewis Johnson; and his siblings, Brenda Johnson and Roger Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Kerri Winks (Michael) of Huachuca City, AZ; and his sisters, Wanda Johnson of Frankfort and Judy Eyre of Chillicothe. He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Twin Township Cemetery (12202 US-50, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
