She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Whitcomb and Katherine "Katie" Lowe Whitcomb; her spouse Leslie R. "Les" Edler; and her siblings, Hazel Mesker, Bertha McCray, Betty Holton, Leona, Lydia, Beulah Whitcomb, Virginia Cunningham, Leslie "Bud", Arthur, Vernon and Russell Whitcomb.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Edler (Joyce) of Chillicothe and Carolyn Riffle (Mike) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Stephanie Dunn (Steven), Jason Edler, Holly Helford (Cory) and Seth Benner; and her great grandchildren, Danielle, Jason, Kailee, Henry and Lucy Mae. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
