He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene and Margaret Lowe Dilsaver; and his son Christopher Rounsley. He is survived by: his wife Marla Price Rounsley; his children, Tony F. "Boog" Dilsaver of Chillicothe, John Dilsaver (Ashley) of Chillicothe, Holly Renee of Chillicothe, Breeanna Dawn Seymour of Chillicothe and Stephen Seymour of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Jonathan Alexander Dilsaver and Parker David Dilsaver; his brothers, Kenneth Dilsaver of Vinton County and William Dilsaver (Tonya) of Vinton County; and his half-brother Bobby Pierce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home.
