He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Tonya Smith of Garland, TX, Brandon Smith of Avella, PA, Carrie Osborne (Greg) of Chillicothe and Katie Wilson (Matthew) of Avella, PA; and his brother John Smith (Trish) of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a few great-great-nephews.
