He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Sowers and Georgia Ruth Mosley Sowers. He is survived by: his wife Linda "Lin" Forcum; his children, Kami Hice and Brad Hice (Angie) of Chillicothe; his granddaughters, Kylie Miller, Autumn and Amber Hice; his siblings, Cindy Finley (John) of Chillicothe, Mel Chinn of Piketon, Richard Congrove (Debra) of Chillicothe and Ernie Sowers (Darlett) of Antioch, TN; and his brothers-in-law, Larry A. Forcum (Carolyn) of Mechanicsville, VA and Steven J. Forcum (Deborah) of Ludlow, MA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
