He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Duane and LouElla Neff (Boydston). He is survived by: his wife Charlene P. Neff (Jackson); his children, Aaron Goins, Lakisha Halley and Tatum Neff; his stepchildren, Steven Jackson, Jeremy Brown, Brittney Cain and Chaz Cain; and his siblings, Martha Neff, Janet Neff, Shauna McCrary (Alphonso), Charles Neff, Kevin Neff (Carmen), Anita Neff, Donna Neff and Lori Neff. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
