He is survived by: his mother Patricia; and his siblings, Teresa, Tabitha of Springfield, OH, Brandy of Florida and Thomas Jr. of Springfield, OH. He is also survived by stepson that loved him very much, Brandon; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
