It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Oyer of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Goldie Oyer, Jr. (Matheny); and his sister Marjorie Oyer. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Oyer of Chillicothe, Mike Oyer (Rebecca) of Chillicothe and Russell Oyer of Chillicothe; his siblings, Joe Oyer (Erma) of Chillicothe and Barbara Oyer of Columbus; and also Linda Oyer. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
