He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hollis and Lucille Hollis (Brust); and his siblings, Mary Lou Eberle, Charles and Tim Hollis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ann Hollis (Skinner); his daughter-in-law T. J. Hollis (Angie) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, T. J. Hollis (Erica Turner) of Chillicothe, Jenna Haynes (Gabriel) of Chillicothe and Hannah Hollis of Chillicothe; his great grandchild Luca Gabriel Haynes; and his siblings, Robert Hollis (Carolyn) of Amanda and Patricia Hopper (Richard) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
