Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Beard and Eloise Beard; his son Michael Beard; and his siblings, Lois Sarina (Jack), Charles Beard (Janet), James Beard, Linda Fontaine (Chuck) and Philip Beard.

He is survived by : his significant other Lesli Parker; his partner's son Kent Parker (Emma); his brother Larry Beard (Judy); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Olivia Beard; his great grandchild Finn; his former life partner Ginger Beard; and his sisters-in-law, Connie, Janice Beard and Kathleen Lloyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Open Door Church (3130 S Bridge St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A celebration of life was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
