He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Beard and Eloise Beard; his son Michael Beard; and his siblings, Lois Sarina (Jack), Charles Beard (Janet), James Beard, Linda Fontaine (Chuck) and Philip Beard.
He is survived by: his significant other Lesli Parker; his partner's son Kent Parker (Emma); his brother Larry Beard (Judy); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Olivia Beard; his great grandchild Finn; his former wife Ginger Beard; and his sisters-in-law, Connie, Janice Beard and Kathleen Lloyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
