He was predeceased by: his parents, Milburn E. and Mary A. Worthen (Watkins); his siblings, Jack Worthen, Patty Woods, Bertha Murch, Jackie Wright, Lyda Satterfield and Sandy Rhodes; and the mother of his children Jackie Sue Worthen (Kinzer).
He is survived by: his children, Tracie Dickerson (Rod) of Circleville, Kim Hawk (Toby) of Chillicothe, Nick Worthen of Chillicothe and Jamie Miller (Mark) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Drew Dickerson, Brittani Fox (Trenden), Morgan Cowman (Bobby), Tyson Hawk, Payton Worthen, Hayley Worthen, Carson Hawk, Hunter Hawk, Madison McPherson, Kenzie Worthen, Chance Dickerson and Brooklyn Worthen; his great grandchildren, Leyton, Lucie Cowman, Juliet, Jaxon, Josie Dickerson, Prescott and Merritt Fox; and his brother Robert Worthen of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
