He was predeceased by: his parents, David B. Finley and Patricia Duhl Finley. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Finley; his children, Brooke, Sean Finley of Chillicothe, Mick Johnson of Odessa, FL, Stacey Tyler (Josh) of Chillicothe, Ty Huff (Regan) of Lufkin, TX and Hayley Huff of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Rhilynn Finley, Adysan Haithcoat, Alexandra Jordan, Maelie Johnson, Adyson and Ashlyn Tyler; his siblings, David E. Finley of Jackson and Trisha Finley of Chillicothe; his nephews, Matt Finley and David Blevins; and his niece Jaime McCorkle. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Hospital.
