He is survived by: his daughter Bianca; his son-in-law Brian Walsh; his grandchildren, Richard, Austin (Whitney), Dawson (Breann) and Payton Walsh; his sister Dreama Green; his nephews, Philip Beverly and Jeremy Kerns; his brother Bobby Cook; his close friend Ursula Sue Keller; his friends, Keith, Mike Renner, Jeff and Amy Walls; his family, Tom Bouillion and Steve Sheets; and also, Gladys Howard, Lavada Brust, George, Shay Daniel and Donald Daniel.
