Ragland of Chillicothe and Garrett Ragland of Chillicothe; her sisters, Robin Ragland, Joycelyn Jackson of Chillicothe, Krista Jackson and Karla Stephens of Greenfield; and her close friend Marvin Viney of Chillicothe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
