She was predeceased by: her mother Sara Nusbaum; and her stepbrother Johnie Coyle. She is survived by: her father Charles Roger Hammond; her husband Robert Conrad; her sons, Michael Mick and Chad Mick; her grandchildren, Tyler Minkos and Mya Mick; her sister Dee Dee Crabtree (John); her stepmother Brenda Hammond; and her stepsiblings, Hope Beverly, Faith Farley, Jeffrey Coyle and Jackie Coyle.
