She was predeceased by: her father Howard W. Jacobs; and her siblings, Jeffrey Jacobs and Carolyn Long. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Wolford Jacobs (Carl) of Chillicothe; her sons, Seth King of Chillicothe and Cody King of Chillicothe; her granddaughter Kinzlee King; her siblings, Janice Quinn (Hersey) of New Port News, VA and Mike Jacobs (Vickie) of Frankfort; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Jacobs of Laurelville and Gary Long of Frankfort. She is also survived by 4 step brothers; a step sister.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
