Orem and Nina James Orem; his wife Rebecca Stander; his children, Jennifer Miller (Chuck) of Chillicothe, Dusty Whitaker (Kevin) of Frankfort, KY, Tonya Salyers (Andy) of Ashland, KY, Kevin Smith of Huston, TX, Jeremy Orem (Jojo) of Georgetown, KY and Torie Brown (Jeff) of Waverly, OH; his grandchildren, Evan Miller, Faith Miller, Meadow Whitaker, Jackson Whitaker, Samuel Salyers, Sarai Salyers, Anna Salyers, Kaden Smith, Brady Orem, Isabella Orem, Raelynn Orem, Jeramiah Orem, Silas Orem and Willow Orem; and his siblings, Mike Orem (Nancy) of Paintsville, KY, Gary Orem (Carolyn) of Georgia and Denise Orem of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
