He was predeceased by: his mother Zelma Layne; his grandson Kyndric Carr; and his brother Dennis Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Cardle; his children, Tony Wilson (Jamie), Brian Carr, Jr. (Shauna), Jodie Carr, Chelsea Weaver (Andy) and Stevie Wilson; his grandchildren, Gavin Carr, Troy Brown, Mason Sanders, Alysia Wilson, Payton Carr, Andrew Wilson, Annabella Weaver, Jaliyah Smith, PJ Smith, Jalayah Smith, Darail Smith, Ashai Smith, Caden Wilson and Sydney Wilson; his sisters, Penny Birchler and Christine Shelley; his stepfather Gary Layne; his nephews, Bryson and Quin; and his siblings-in-law, Nikki and Brian Bainbridge. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
