He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Steven and Harriet Gallamore Steven; his wife Brenda Gallamore; his children, Jason Gallamore and Cindy Gallamore; his siblings, Betsy Smith (Gallamore), Flora May Hice (Leeth), Terry Gallamore, Leslie Leeth and Harry Leeth (Abe); and his brother-in-law Terry Smith.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amber Kesler (Sean), Corey Miller, Emily Gallamore, Gayla and Jason Knece; his siblings, Kathy Jordan (Gallamore), Sheila McGarvey (Leeth) and Charles Leeth; his nephews, Anthony Smith, Sr., Jody Hall (Smith), Terry Layne Smith and Kenny Smith; and his great grandchildren, Riley and Parker Kesler. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
