She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval C. Minser and Marilyn R. Cadden Minser; her parents-in-law, George and Virginia Cooke; and her sister-in-law Janolyn Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, Tara Blanton (Nathaniel) of Chillicothe and George E. Cooke III of Lexington, Ohio; her granddaughter Marilyn Blanton; her siblings, Lisa Cuckler, Douglas Minser and Gregory Minser; her aunt Jane White of Chillicothe; and her sisters-in-law, Ilona Taylor (James) of Casper Wyoming and Darlene Cooke of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
