She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Caplinger and Dorothy Caplinger (Lloyd Johnson); her sons, David Johnson and Anthony Johnson; and her granddaughter Cathrine Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd "Frank" Johnson; her son Steve Johnson (Jackie); her grandchildren, Erik Johnson, David Johnson, Miami Johnson and Chanelle Ann Marie Johnson; her sister Betty Dragoo (Bobby); and her close friend Corky. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
