She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Cozad and Olga Catherine Blair; her husband Charles E. Horsley; her son Scott Horsley; and her siblings, Ramona Hardesty, Charlotte Kellough and Bobby Cozad.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Leeth (Jeffrey) of Chillicothe and Chuck Horsley of Newark; her grandchildren, Lincoln Horsley (Becky) of Newark, Lance Horsley (Heather) of Newark, Logan Horsley (Travis Koehler) of Sherman Oaks, CA, Trevor Leeth (Kelsea) of Chillicothe and Tori Leeth-Mateo (Oscar) of Colorado Springs, CO; and her great grandchildren, Amore, Talan, Chloe, Sebastian, Titus, Laykin and Jax. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
