It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lee Zadik (Chillicothe, Ohio), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lucas and Bertha Lucas (Pitman). She is survived by: her children, John Zadik Jr. (Tiffany) and Michelle Zadik; her grandchildren, John and Anna Zadik; and her sisters, Vicky Grabusnik and Diana Kasprzyk.
