He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel C. Myers and Verna M. Rodgers Myers; and his grandson Collin Matheny. He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Rine Myers; his children, Melissa Matheny (Doug) and Christopher Myers (Nicole) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Catherine Matheny and Hadden Myers; his great grandchildren, Jaiden and Ryker; his sister Dixie Parker (Jim) of Lincoln, CA; and his friends, Tom, Sue Troester, Ron, Sheila Wagner, Dave, Colleen Anderson, Joe, Sue Lazzaro and Jane Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
