He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Carroll, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Frances Jane Carroll (Runkle); his children, Kasey Sparks (Brock) and Samuel "Jake" Carroll (Asia Martin) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Madison, Mikey, Jake, Alexis and Josie; his great grandchild Mason of Chillicothe; and his siblings, Penny Sullivan of Chillicothe, Barbara Cowdrey of Tennessee, Christopher of Tennessee and Corey Carroll of Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and an abundance of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME to help the family with funeral expenses.
