She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry, Sr. and Amanda Ruth Cyrus Vandemark; her sons, Kyle R. and Kendall R. Skaggs; and her brothers, John, Jr. and Robert Vandemark.
She is survived by: her spouse Ernie A. Skaggs; her children, Kelley Park (Stephen R.) of Chillicothe and Kevin R. Skaggs (Kathy Shanton) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Katrina Watson (Ray), Stephen Park (Erica), Amanda Hartley (Bruce) and Sydney Cooksey (Josh); her sister Dorothy DePugh (Tom) of Chillicothe; and her uncle Rev. David Cyrus of Delaware. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
