It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Speakman of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Frey and Dorothy Fuller Frey; her daughter Melissa Speakman; and her brothers, Carl, David, Robert, Tom, Charles and Jimmy.
She is survived by: her children, Tracey Mitten (Doug) of Kingston, Michele Fitzpatrick (John) of Chillicothe, Angela Zeisler (Chad) of Chillicothe, Lynnette Speakman of Chillicothe and Timothy Speakman (Tamara) of Chillicothe; her stepsons, Brian Speakman of Chillicothe and Christopher Speakman (Suzy) of Tooele, UT; her grandchildren, Tyler Mitten (Mackenzie), Briley Mitten, Whitney Speakman, Brandon Fitzpatrick, Christian Curtis, Arielle Zeisler, Jordan Johnson, Sydney Dyke, Mackenzie Dyke and Jaxon Skeens; her great grandchildren, Liam Speakman Perry, Artemis Nail, Arabella Fitzpatrick, Avery Rinehart, Lynnex Rinehart and Asher Rinehart; her sisters, Linda Richter (Bret), Debbie Hawks, Irene Dodge and Shirley Bush; and her former husband Larry D. Speakman of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
