He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Oyer Dixon of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Dan Oyer (Candy) of Chillicothe, Valerie Lockard, Josh and Cody; and his siblings, Helen Borland, Jim and Bill Oyer. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
