He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Charles Manring and Elsie Mae Hill Manring; his former wife Daisy F. Manring; and his siblings, Clara Jean Jones and Gary Dean Manring.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa A. Ratcliff Manring; his children, Toni Rayburn (Augustus), Russell Manring, Jr. Brian (Stephanie), Kevin Manring (Andrea) and Christian Manring (Malcolm); his siblings, Nancy Schell (Gunter), Harry Charles Manring, Jr. and Marilyn Boyles (Timothy); and his sister-in-law Molly Manring. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
