He is survived by: his wife Maxine Colburn; and his children, Russell J. Elliott, Jr. (Annette), Kevin L. Elliott (Linda), Barbara Jones (Jeffrey) and Anthony Elliott (Carla). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
