He is survived by: his son Rusty Rhoades (Junielyn) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Dillian Rhoades, Destinee Gilbert, Hailey Rhoades, Lilianna Rhoades and Liam Russell Rhoades; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Josey Rhoades, Ellie and Maddox Gilbert; and his siblings, John Lloyd Rhoades (Michelle), Billie Jo Rhoades, Cindy Copper and Sharon Hahn.
