She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Evans Perry and Hazel Fry Perry; the father of her children Francis C. Johnson; her son Francis Charles Johnson; and her brothers, Charles E. Perry, Jr. and Dale E. Perry.
She is survived by: her sister Gietta Puckett; her children, Brad Johnson (Brenna), Lisa Johnson, Chris Johnson (Connie), Kim DiFrango (Dean) and Amy Austin (Steve); her grandchildren, Hannah, Ryan Johnson, Elizabeth Johnson, Jenna Stewart (Jay), Nick, Maria DiFrango, Colin and Katie Austin; and her great grandchild Maverick James Stewart.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home (77 E 5th St, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
