She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stultz and Esther Stultz; her son Robert Lee Downard; and her sister Mary Beth Stultz. She is survived by: her son David Downard (Kim); her grandchildren, McKenzie Robinson and Chloe Cooper (Dakota); her cousin Gretchen VanMeter; and her close friends, Pat, Kim, Cass and Sue.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her honor to the Pioneer Center or Good Sam Food Pantry; both of which were special places to Rose and her family.
