He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Skaggs of Lancaster, Ohio; his siblings, James Skaggs of Marion, Lester Skaggs of Load, Vernon Skaggs (Judith) of Blacklick, Darrell Skaggs of Rodnor, Earl Skaggs of York, Roger Skaggs of York, Terry Skaggs of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Linda Sikorski of Boca Raton and Rebecca Castillo (Leonardo) of Mobile, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Bryson and Alyssa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
