He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wagner and Helen Wagner; and his brother David Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Wagner (Ralston); his sons, Kevin Wagner (Nicole) of Chillicothe and Christopher Wagner (Brenda) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Corwin, Carson and Carleigh; his sister Beverly Klinkert of Bucyrus, Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Larry and Nancy Vail of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; his niece Lizbeth Vail Kelley; and his friends, Sandy, Brent Myers, Sue, Tom Troester, Jane, Ron Harper, Joe Lazarro, Colleen and David Anderson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walnut Street United Methodist Church (16 S Walnut St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
