He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Eugene and Luella Mae Diehl (Dawkins); and his wife Susan D. Diehl (Peters). He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Diehl; his grandchildren, Jesse David Diehl and Gracie Marie Diehl; and his brothers, Tim Diehl (Bev) and Joe Diehl (Kay).
