He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Edna Bolles and Leslie John Hines; and his siblings, Leona Long, Warren, Willard, Jimmy and John Darrell Hines.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Elizabeth Hines (French); his children, William Mark Hines, Eric Christian Hines (Heidi), Jane Elizabeth Hines-Sullivan (Jim), Christian Hines, Ava Hines, Payton Hines, Shea Sullivan, Lucy Hines, Emery Hines, Josie Hines and Sailor Hines; his friend Elise; and also, Tyler Haigwood, Emmanuel, Luc and Claire. He is also survived by father and grandfather, always showing up for his children and grandchildren.
