He is survived by: his spouse Jessie Diles Butler Shoaf; his children, Teresa Allen (Harry) of Chillicothe, Sandy Swindler of Waverly, Kathy Kovacs (Ron) of New Albany, Steve Shoaf (Jessica) of Hilliard, Richie Butler (Theresa) of Londonderry and Kim Bethel (Duane) of Londonderry; and his sisters, Edith Bray, Patty Hardin, Joyce Perkins, Joan Waters and Karen Petrovich. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
