He is survived by: his children, Donna Mullens (James), Dennis Mullens (Megan) and Donald Mullens; his grandchildren, Trina and Taylor Ballard; his sons, Tre Mullens (Devan), Isaiah (Brianna) and Manny Mullens; his great grandchildren, Kamari, Kamiah, Elaina Mullens, Mikey Bishop, Jeremiah Nicholson, Kirsten Lewis and Sahlest Kutzer; and his siblings, Juanita of Columbus, Barbara of Columbus, George Castor of Columbus, Carol of Wellston, Paul of Wellston, Bob of Wellston and Mike Johnson of Wellston. He is also survived by his family and friends.
